Beach Policies:For the past 26 years we were able to service all beach front locations. However, the town of SPI has instituted an ordinance which requires any and all beachfront locations to purchase a beach permit
from the city. Many condo associations have chosen not to sign the city permit, so we cannot conduct
our business as we have in the past. We are very sorry for the hardship and inconvenience for your
